Payment

The buyer must be of legal age (18 years old) and have full legal capacity to register and make purchases on our platform. If a minor or an individual without full legal capacity purchases any product or service offered on our platform, we will assume that their guardians have authorized it, and they will be responsible for any and all situations that arise, as well as for the purchase. The buyer must not provide any false, fraudulent, or inconsistent information.

The invoice expires on the date specified on the invoice, and payment after the due date will not be accepted. If the invoice expires and payment has not been made, the reservation will become available to another buyer, and a new purchase for the desired product(s) will be required. Customers will not be allowed to pay in installments beyond those specified on the website at the time of purchase.

Payment Clearance Deadlines:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Analysis period between 24 and 48 hours;
- Online transfers: up to 24 hours after payment;
- Bank Slip: 1 to 3 business days after payment
