Delivery

The customer must provide complete and accurate information when registering or purchasing on our platform. The customer is responsible for any typing errors or incorrect data transmission.

We offer limited quantities for sale, which are renewed as new batches and/or models are produced. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days and begin only after the purchased product is delivered to the carrier.

We ship products only within Brazil. Your order will be shipped via a contracted carrier, depending on the distance and availability of our company. Returns for reshipment may incur reshipping fees, which may be subject to consultation.

Shipping is free throughout Brazil. Once orders are delivered to the carriers, we will notify customers via the email address provided at the time of registration or purchase about tracking information. Customers are responsible for providing accurate email addresses and checking their inboxes, including spam, to access tracking information.
