Guarantee

All pieces come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, meaning alterations not consistent with the nature of the raw material and/or defects or damage resulting from the manufacturing process. The warranty does not cover darkening and other color changes, stains, oxidation, and deterioration resulting from repeated use of the product, as these can occur due to the user's pH, as well as their sweat level and habits, such as the use of creams, perfumes, etc. The warranty also does not cover falling stones or breakage, nor wear due to misuse, such as dents and scratches.

All pieces are hypoallergenic. Factors that damage jewelry and are not covered by the warranty include sweat, cosmetics, perfumes, hair chemicals, cleaning products, abrasive products, chemicals, swimming pools, and the ocean.
